GWC Injury Lawyers attorney Lawrence Ruder was a presenting speaker at the 2016 Trucking Seminar hosted by the Attorneys Information Exchange Group (AIEG) on Aug. 4 and 5.
The two-day event was hosted at The Drake Hotel Chicago and featured premier attorneys from across the country, including the Honorable Judge Stephen Bough of the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri.
Event speakers covered a variety of topics relevant to investigating, building and litigating a strong truck accident case. Ruder provided valuable insight on the topic of “Proving Damages in Trucking Cases.”
According to the AIEG site, the seminar was an opportunity for lawyers from across the country to come together to learn from some of the best trucking lawyers in the nation. Fitting with the mission of the organization, it served as an occasion for organization members to share information and ideas and to network with some of the leading lawyers in the industry.
AIEG works to improve the ability of its members to represent those who have been injured as a result of an auto accident, truck accident, consumer product defect and other safety issues. It hosts a variety of substantive seminars and promotes the discovery and sharing of information between members.
