The Federal Employer’s Liability Act (F.E.L.A.) was enacted by Congress in 1908. Its continuing purpose is to provide remedies for railroad workers with injuries sustained in the scope of their employment. At GWC, we have been successfully representing injured railroad workers in F.E.L.A. cases for more than 20 years.
Our success is based on a thorough understanding of both F.E.L.A. itself and of the subsequent reviews and interpretations that have been handed down by the courts over the years. We have also built ongoing relationships with the types of expert witnesses needed to prove liability under F.E.L.A.
At GWC, we offer the resources and experience to aggressively prosecute F.E.L.A. cases, and a strong track record of being able to maximize recovery of damages for injured railroad workers.
