The two men were pronounced dead at the scene. Complete details of the crash are under investigation.
The car was a silver Toyota Corolla, and it was headed west on Interstate 90 when it seems that the driver lost control, which lead to the car striking the pole at 7:45 a.m.
Fire crews were called to the scene at about 8 a.m. And found the two people dead.
Another car that was headed west hit two State Police squad cars, following the fatal accident. The driver suffered minor injuries. Fortunately, none of the officers or other emergency personnel were injured.
