GWC is proud to be a Fellow Sponsor of the Peggy Browning Fund. Peggy Browning Fund raises money for the placement of Law Students who are advocates for social justice in the workplace. This organization allows law students to intern in organizations devoted to the advancement of Workers Rights Labor Law and Public Interest Law.
This years event will be held on November 7, 2013 at Teamsters City Auditorium.
This years honorees are Karen G.J. Lewis, President of Chicago Teachers Union, James M. Sweeney, President of IUOE Local 150, and J. Peter Dowd, Dowd Bloch & Bennett.
