Since 1978 Bennett J. Baker has been privileged to represent injured people in their struggle for justice against insurance companies and large corporations. The injured gentleman sustained multiple leg and head fractures requiring multiple surgeries and a permanent brain injury.
Mr. Baker obtained a $2,600,000.00 settlement for a 35 year old female who was struck while in her car by a County Sheriff responding to an emergency call. The Plaintiff sustained fractures of her pelvis and left elbow, a brain stem injury, partial paralysis and cognitive impairment.
