My experience having GWC Injury Lawyers LLC represent me has been very positive. Contacting the firm from the start was polite introductions and pure courtesy. Cassandra was assigned to my case as my attorney and Blanca as her assistant. They were very polite and provided details to my case in a very understandable way. Workers compensation insurance has been very difficult to work with along with trying to direct them to my preferred surgeon. Cassandra and Blanca made it extremely easy to have the insurance work with the surgeon I needed and mark sure I was properly compensated for my injury. Throughout the case they made it very clear what I needed to do and what documents I needed to proceed with the case as easy and seamless as possible. My case was unique in that I needed surgery as soon as possible. I don't think it would have been possible to get it done in a timely manner without their assistance. The settlement aspect took a long time but from what I read, working with workers compensation insurance is very time consuming and a long process overall, so that is out of control of the firm. Overall, I feel like Cassandra and Blanca handled the case diligently and as quickly as permitted by the limits possible. I would highly recommend them for reaching a proper settlement with workers compensation. Living injured was a difficult part of my life, but hearing of the work and progress and the reassurance from both Blanca and Cassandra made the tough times easy to bear. Thank you for your service.

I just have to say that if you need a lawyer firm ,GWC is the best !!!! They are very professional and thorough. They keep in contact with you through out the whole process! You also can call anytime just to check on your case, and they never treat you like an inconvenience.

I don’t normally write reviews but in this case I will. Larry Amato and his assistant Georgia were beyond wonderful to work with. Larry and Georgia never seemed bothered with questions I had or made me feel rushed to get off the phone, they explained every step of the process in great detail. Anytime I sent a text, fax or email it was answered promptly…!! I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a true professionals who very obviously loves their job.

I had a work comp issue and I reached out to GWC for help. I was set up with Harris Elliot. Harris was completely professional and was with me every step of the way. I was told how the steps would be and updated through the entire process. Any questions I had were answered right away even to the point emails were answered on the weekends when they didn't have to be. The process was painless and I was never told anything that wasn't true. Daisy, Harris's, assistant was also amazing. If Harris was busy she stepped in to give any updates or answer any questions. This is a great law firm that went above and beyond the call of duty as my case had many complications attached to it. Harris Elliot and his team were great. I can't say enough about them. I felt like my life was turned upside down after a slip at work and trying to deal with workers comp was horrible.
