There is nothing worse than getting hurt and being forced to pay astronomical medical bills, in addition to worrying about how to find the money to hire an attorney.
The primary benefit of the contingency fee system is that injured clients who don’t have any money don’t have to give up their legal rights.
At GWC Injury Lawyers, we take on cases because we believe in your legal claim. Our clients don’t pay anything upfront until we win their case.
You don’t pay unless you win!
How Contingency Fee Arrangements Work
When a client retains our law firm, our firm will foot all of the court costs necessary to file and sustain the lawsuit. When the lawsuit is successfully resolved, the client will use the proceeds from the settlement to pay the attorney for court costs and the attorney’s fees. Usually, this is calculated as a percentage of the settlement.
Clients benefit from this financial arrangement because they only pay if they win and the attorneys at our firm assume all of the risks and costs of the litigation at the outset. Additionally, when a client retains us, they can rest assured our interests and our clients’ interests are perfectly matched.
