GWC’s Timothy J. Keiser and Jacqueline C. Hickey Named Rising Stars

GWC proudly congratulates its own Timothy J. Keiser and Jacqueline C. Hickey for being named 2019 Rising Stars.

The award, which is handed out annually by Super Lawyers, places Tim and Jacqueline among the top 2.5 percent of all attorneys under 40 years old as determined by their peers. Both began their careers at GWC as law clerks and have grown into accomplished attorneys under the firm’s guidance.

This is the second year in a row that Tim has been honored as a Rising Star. Additionally, Leading Lawyers Magazine named Tim one of 2019’s “Emerging Lawyers.” This designation is reserved for those who have displayed excellence in the law while practicing for no more than ten years.

“It really is an honor and a privilege to be selected as a Rising Star among so many talented young lawyers,” Tim said. “To be recognized two years in a row is a testament to GWC’s ability to identify, challenge, and cultivate a new generation of cutting-edge trial attorneys.”

Attorney Jackie Hickey Thumbnail“I am thrilled to be recognized as a Rising Star for my work as a personal injury trial attorney in the Chicago area,” added Jacqueline, who is being honored for the first time. “While I am only three years into my practice, GWC has prepared me to be a litigation barracuda in the courtroom, as a court bailiff once called me.”

As a member of GWC’s Specialty Litigation Practice Group, Tim is heavily involved in prosecuting a major air pollutant in Chicago’s western suburbs and other high-profile matters within the firm. Additionally, Tim assists GWC’s core business in the ongoing prosecution of numerous wrongful death and construction negligence matters.

Jacqueline represents clients in a wide variety of personal injury and work injury cases. She recently obtained the highest auto collision verdict in its category in nearly twenty years, following a contentious trial in Will County.
