Each month, our very own Illinois personal injury attorney, Lou Cairo, joins Melissa Forman and Jeanne Sparrow on WCIU’s popular “Case or No Case” segment to discuss a variety of common situations that may – or may not – result in the injury of an individual and, consequently, if that person has sufficient grounds to file a damages lawsuit.

In today’s April 2015 installment, Lou presents some circumstances that include a worker who is commuting to work on a bicycle, another involving a poorly maintained road, and even a situation involving hearing impaired bank robber!
