- $23.5 million for the family of a construction worker who fell from a defective scaffold;
- $22.8 million for family members injured when negligently struck by a commercial tractor-trailer;
- $18.8 million for a construction laborer who sustained a neck injury after being struck by a large construction loader;
- $13.4 million for some of the victims of the Prairie Fest Tent Collapse;
- $12.7 million for a tree trimmer who fell from a defective boom truck platform;
- $10 million for a construction worker who fell through a false ceiling on a construction site.
