GWC Injury Lawyers is pleased to welcome associate attorneys Allison Dolan and Daniel Barela to the firm’s Litigation department.
Allison comes to GWC with several years of experience litigating complex injury cases. She has obtained settlements in excess of $10 million for her personal injury clients.
Allison has focused much of her practice on advocating for victims of trucking accidents. She is a member of the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys and enjoys writing, speaking, and educating her peers about key issues in the trucking industry. She earned her Juris Doctorate at the University of Notre Dame, where she also completed her undergraduate studies in Political Science and Arabic. She is licensed in the State of Illinois and the Northern District of Illinois.
Daniel is a graduate of Chicago-Kent College of Law. He was an active participant in Chicago-Kent’s Plaintiff’s Employment Clinic and also earned a J.D. Certificate in Labor and Employment Law from the school’s Martin H. Malin Institute for Law and the Workplace. Prior to law school, he received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at the University of Illinois Chicago. He was admitted to the Illinois State Bar in 2023.
Both Allison and Daniel are natives of the Chicago area. They look forward to using their legal skills to make a positive impact on the lives of their injured clients.
