Slowing down just a few MPH and taking a few extra minutes to get to your destination can be the difference between making it home safely or becoming a statistic in the accident records for 2014.
Equally important is to ensure that the vehicle that you are traveling in is in a safe operating condition and it’s always a good idea to pack some light snacks (granola bars, bottled water and crackers) along with an extra blanket and a flash light in the event that you are required to spend an unexpected night in your vehicle due to an unforeseen weather event.
