GWC Injury Lawyers LLC proudly congratulates Timothy J. Keiser and Jacqueline C. Hickey for being named 2020 Rising Stars, a repeat performance for both young attorneys. This is the second year in a row that Jacqueline has been named a Rising Star and the third year in a row for Tim.
The award is handed out annually by Super Lawyers. It places Tim and Jacqueline among the top 2.5 percent of all attorneys in Illinois under the age of 40, as determined by their peers. Both began their careers as law clerks at GWC and have since become accomplished attorneys under the firm’s guidance.
“I’m both honored and humbled to accept this award,” Tim said upon learning that he had been named a Rising Star for the third time. “While the award is largely individual in nature, it is a direct result of GWC’s exemplary training of young attorneys.”
Tim handles a wide variety of catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death matters, including toxic torts and cases of construction or trucking negligence. Recently, Tim was awarded associate fellowship in the Litigation Counsel of America, a prestigious honor society of the nation’s foremost trial attorneys. In the last year, Tim has achieved several multi-million-dollar results on behalf of his clients.
Jacqueline represents clients in a wide variety of personal injury and work injury cases. Just over a year ago, she obtained the highest auto collision verdict in its category in nearly twenty years, following a contentious trial in Will County. She also continues to advise the Mexican Consulate in Chicago as its consulting attorney on work injuries, medical malpractice, motor vehicle collisions, and wrongful death.
