Pedestrian Hit by Car in Arlington Heights
On March 9, a woman walking her dog near Pioneer Park, located in Arlington Heights, was stuck by a teen-driver. Authorities reported that the teen driver, a 16-year-old student, was traveling west on Grove Street at 6:50 a.m., when he struck the pedestrian. The 57-year-old woman was transported to Advocate Lutheran Hospital in Park Ridge. She was listed in critical condition. Her name was not released because the family had not yet been notified.
