Pedestrian Hit by Car in Arlington Heights

On March 9, a woman walking her dog near Pioneer Park, located in Arlington Heights, was stuck by a teen-driver. Authorities reported that the teen driver, a 16-year-old student, was traveling west on Grove Street at 6:50 a.m., when he struck the pedestrian.
